boutique "hotel"
which is located in the heart of historic Olomouc in an almost five-hundred-year-old burgher’s house – first mentioned in 1539. Besides unique design and genius loci of the place we also offer personal approach from the owners who are part of every detail.
01 Green Patio
Stylish apartment with the oldest preserved element in this house (stone Gothic wall from the 14th century) and the green backyard with a unique atmosphere.
02 Old Wood
Room with the hundreds of years old massive wooden beams with ingenious lighting in combination with a red brick wall and a view into the green backyard.
03 Renaissance
Minimalist apartment with unique Renaissance ceiling from the 17th century with red and green floral motifs.
04 White Bricks
Bright room in soft shades with a dominant white brick wall and sophisticated lighting which underlines the „organic” contours.
05 Secession
Charismatic apartment in beige tones with original secession (art nouveau) paintings discovered in a walled niche.
06 Attic Wellness
The most romantic apartment in the house with its own wellness in the attic between roofs of historic houses.

Concept
History . Genius Loci . Uniqueness
During three year reconstruction we adapted to the house and renovated all discoveries we found – Gothic stone wall under layers of plaster, unique Renaissance painted ceiling hidden under a shutter or Art Noveau painting in a walled niche. That´s why each room in this house is unique.
